Welcome to Mackenzie School's website. Our website provides information about our school, our teams, our events, our students, and our staff.
Mackenzie Elementary is located at 960 East 39th Avenue at Windsor, in a residential area in the Fraser area of Vancouver. We have 430 students in grades K to 7, a dedicated staff, wonderful administrators, resource teachers, and a very active Parent Advisory Group. In addition to offering a well-rounded elementary curriculum, Mackenzie has full day kindergarten, before/after school care, band (grade 6/7), music, choir, French, computers, student mentorship programs, cross-country, track and field, and basketball.
Mackenzie is also home to one of Vancouver's SmartStart programs, offering free parent-participation preschool to 3 and 4 year olds.
If you're new to the area or have younger children in this catchment, feel free to browse this site or contact the office to find out more about the school. Teachers love working here, and our kids are known district-wide for being polite and respectful.
